This poor baby needs LOTS of help! He is in terrible shape, he's like a skeleton with fur

He was found as a stray and picked up by Animal Control and surrendered him to us. He has pneumonia and is heartworm positive. Has sores all over his body. He is only 50 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As you can see if the photos.

He is very weak and shaky. But being very well cared for in his foster home. Looks like his tail was broken at some time.

In this case, the pictures tell more than we can say.
