Penny would be a great addition to any family! She is a very
loving dog that cares only about pleasing her family. She is great with
children of all ages, although you have to supervise with smaller
children because she tends to knock them over do to her size. Penny is
also good with cats and other dogs. Penny is also housebroke and crate
trained. She is a dominate dog, so would need an experienced dog owner.
Penny would probably need to go to a home with minimal steps because she
has a limp in her hind leg which makes it difficult for her to go up a
bunch of stairs. Other than that, Penny just wants a home that will have
her lots of love and affection!
Meet Penny! She is a very happy girl! Penny came to us when her owner died and his widow wasn't strong enough to walk her and get her the exercise she needs. She has been around other dogs, but is so excited to see them that some have perceived her as dog-aggressive. They could not be more wrong. With a proper introduction, Penny will play and play.
